Thermo,

and everyone (UPDATE)

To resolve the clicking I was told by the mechanic to change hub bearing assembly for both rear wheels.

As for DSC fault and ABS light staying on and transmission fault notification that also included the same two lights as when I lift my parking break popping up a few times; Mechanic mentioned the ABS module is not communicating properly and may need to be replaced (it was bad before and before the car was sold to me replaced with refurbished one). However, he said there are many computers/sensors in the car and that if I am lucky, replacing both wheel hub bearing assemblies may resolve and get rid of the lights as well.

I asked him about the battery cables and he said he would not change them. I mentioned to him that they get hot and he said they are supposed to be hot. Also did not recommend after market cables. It is obviously conflicting with what you said, thermo, and I thought to myself.... Well, damn, this guy thermo is a veteran member on this jag board and jag owner. I kind of trust this mechanic as he seems very honest but at the same time I am questioning what he said concerning the cables...

Swingwing, and everyone

Replacing hub bearing assembly for both rear wheels did the trick for the clicking noise in the video.

DSC light and and DSC fault is still on. So that problem has not been resolved. Mechanic is quite certain it is the ABS module ($1,700-$2,000 part) but I may take Thermos advice and begin with the battery cables since it is a less expensive fix and see where that gets me...

Well there's progress then. I'd look around for ABS module repair. Here's one that came up on search:
ABS Repair ? ABSMasters.com

I'd also look on YouTube to check for DIY advice. Here's one for an XJ8:

Default noise right rear wheel

don't know if you have it fixed yet,but if that's video of your car,i thought it was a front wheel I was watching, due to the amount of sideways movement of wheel , suggesting right away rear bearing gone, to check this javk up car ,support on axle stand plus jack ,grab wheel top and bottom, try to pull it in and out ,any play found means bearing required
