Replace hood insulator

Replace hood insulator
Hello all,
The hood insulator on my newly acquired wagon is in sorry shape. I purchased a replacement off ebay, and while trying to take the old one down ran into a slight issue. How are the brackets that hold the windscreen washer fluid hoses attached to the hood? I did not want to try and pry it out with a flat-head screwdriver without checking if that is indeed the way to go about it.
The screws holding the insulator panel seem all worn out (none of the threads seem to actually work), so looks like previous owner may have just glued the panel on to the hood. That should be easy enough to do...
Thanks in advance for any and all information.
Cheers
Rakesh

Just recently replaced my nozzles as 1 broke (crumbled from the cooking engine heat) The other just popped out after removing holding nut. The replacements had different nuts (be VERY CAREFUL not to lose them into the hood), but still worked along with a new misting pattern. Another problem was the hoses in a couple of places were rotted through as well as one of the 1 way check valves to hold fluid over the engine heat for the "heated washer fluid". Couldn't find a quick replacement so I just moved the good one downstream to hold the most amount of fluid in the line(s).
