Default replacement of ignition coils and spark plugs to prevent repeat misfire WITH OEM?

As my "burnt by dealer" thread touched too many issues mainly focusing on corroded electrical grounds as cause for too many codes and repeat misfire of cylinder 5, one of the answers suggested change not of one but of all ignition coils and spark plugs at once. It makes sense that not too many mechanics but too many/different parts could be the culprit (ignition coil#1 was replaced by one mechanic and ignition coil #5 by another mechanic). God knows what coils and sparks were installed but shouldn't I make sure that THE mechanic has in hand these parts as OEM as possible by providing them to him myself? And if yes, could you recommend me what specific ignition coils and what specific spark plugs I should buy for him? Thank you so much.

Make sure you keep the old coils in case the new ones rapidly fail.

Unfortunately neither #1 coil nor #5 (I guess you were referring to the --maybe?-- original ones) were given back to me to keep when replaced with God knows what coils #1 (in 2017) and #5 (this July 2019) in rural PA shops. Again, I saw in Jagbits and SNG Barratt that there are more than one type of Jaguar coils and spark plugs. Which ones do you recommend?

Maybe to ask the remaining #3 as a model? Thanks

I have used the Duralast OEM's from autozone. They were a fair price and I have had very good life out of them so far. I also switched all of my plugs to the BOSCH Iridium's. I have some in my XK8 that are well over 8 years old. In my x-type I change all and they were intact and working for the 5 years before I sold it.
