rough idle when cold, now missfires all the time

Hello my Friends.
starting to think to give up and to throw away my Jag.
Maybe one of you can shed some light and make me change my mind, but I´m starting to think Jag never more
(I have a 94 mazda xedos 6 with 0 problems).
Well enough crying
My problem is as follows:
It started with the my 3.0 X-type rough idling when cold (it was probably misfiring, but at the time I didn,t know that).
After a while it ran great. After some time this started happening even with the car "hot" while running but it was very rare. Now it is ALL the time. I diagnosed the car and at first it showed cylinder 5 missfiring, now it shows 1 and 3 misfiring.
After some forum search I noticed that it appeared it was as a common problem, so I replaced the IMT rings, the manifold seals, the crankcase hose, the brave valve tube, but no change![Frown](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/frown.gif)
I would take it to the dealer but I realized a while ago that they know less than the forum experts and they charge a
lot more![Smile](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
So any inputs???

+1 on getting the actual codes posted - How many miles on the car? With the above work were the cam covers and spark well rubber gaskets changed? Just curious as if you have seeping oil into the spark wells this condition will certainly fry a new ignition coil very quickly. Let us know - Thanks!

Hi,
Thanks for your interest in my problem.
The codes are: P1313 and P0300 P0301 P0303
We can rule out spark plugs and coils (all tested fine and were replaced at 124000Km ). Also no oil on the wells.
I think that it can really be a vacuum leak because I do hear a hissing sound but I can not "see" where it is, but I think I replaced everything that should be replaced to avoid vacum leaks..... I´m truly lost
my Jag has 130000 Km on the clock.
Thanks

I've extracted the Jaguar DTC definitions and possible causes to get you started:
JAGUAR X Type - DTC.pdf
You don't have sufficient posts to be able to open this PDF on the forum so I've put it on my MediaFire account. You can download it using this link:
Free Cloud Storage - MediaFire
The possible causes of your DTC's are:
cylinder compression low
worn camshaft / broke valve spring(s)
fuel delivery pressure low / high
fuel injectors restricted / leaking
fuel injectors continuously open
fuel contamination
fuel injector circuit faults (injector DTC's also flagged)
spark plug failure / fouled / incorrect gap
ECM to ignition coil primary circuit fault (cylinder misfire detected DTC also flagged)
ignition coil failure
I'll stand aside and let the X-Type experts jump in!
