hi everybody,
we are replacing the lower +upper intake manifold gaskets,
to depressurise the fuel rail have to press in the schraeder valve which is
on top of the beginning of the fuel rail.On the 2006 it isn"t there! Can anybody help me out where this
valve is on a 2006?Or can we just remove slowly with a rag on it ,the fuelline from the rail?
thanks
any advice would be appreciated

so I just read in the workshopmanual that the 2006 doesn't have a schraedervalve!to relaease the pressure you have to :remove the fuelpumpfuse, start the engine, idle until it stalls, crank 5 sec.,install fuse ,
unfortunaely,we already have removed the intakemanifold etc etc.
So would it be possible to release the fuelpressure otherwise?can we remove the fuelline from the fuelline?
thanks
