seat movement

A fix for the seat rocking problem in 2002 X-types is addressed TSB XT501-03 amended 01/04. This fix is apparently only applicable to X-types from S/N C00001 to C75251. I don't know if these SNs continue into the 2003 model year.
The TSB describes a spring that is inserted between two pipes in the seat frame as well as a set of wedges that are installed under the frame rails. The wedges are only installed if the spring does not cure all of the rocking.
The fix looks rather simple, but like everything Jaguar, the parts are stupid-expensive....something like $100 per seat. One of the Jag techs on this forum quoted me the same price.
I have a copy of this TSB as a .pdf file. If you need it, give me an E-mail address and I'll send it to you.
