Not sure if you have nav or not but if you do, the clock is set through the menu on the screen.

for the cd player, check the trunk for a changer.
for the seat, yes you can take it out and manually crank it down, but its not easy because its not designed that way, also when you lower the seat its harder to get the seat bolts in, a set of gearwrenches should do the trick.
we have the same issue with hte 02 x type, i found out its actually the gears are stripped because i can hear it trying to lower the seat but it just wont go... i have replacements off one that caught fire but its a little different, or the control switch is jammed, so im gonna have to combine the 2 to make it work...hopefully

Here is how to set the clock--silly this is NOT in the owner's manual!
Press and hold the mode button with the radio on. This will bring up a screen, select 12 or 24 hour scale, depending on what your preference is...press mode again...now enter the time with the keypad, using a "0" before the hour,if the hour is not in double digits. Press mode again...Now use the # button to change from AM to PM. Hope this helps!

For the CD player, Mos is right. Its on the left side of the trunk behind a little door cutout in the trunk lining.
