Default Security fault pt 2

I changed the PATS Transceiver and no luck still showing "security fault " with the same code 1 blink then 3 blinks. On my prior post motorcam suggested that I find out why my alarm went off as a starting point using a dealer diagnostic information under "Last Alarm Activation " can anyone help me to find this information or have a copy of the dealer diagnostic. I have been constantly taking the negative post off my battery to start my car and to shut it down but the weather is changing so want to get it fixed please help thanks.

Yes sir I followed the flowchart with no luck but I did get a used PATS transceiver off a 2003 Jaguar x type at a junk yard but I still have my original one. I going to check the ignition fuse again to make sure but the problem is that when I reconnect my negative battery post the security fault comes on right away with no key in ignition. That's where I am right now totally frustrating any help will be appreciated thanks again.

I spoke to a key replacement person who specializes in copying Jaguar tig keys and he told me i don't need a new key because when i unhook my negative post to reset the ECU and re connect it and my key starts the car the car is reading the key but when I try to shut the car down and remove the key the car stills runs. I really baffled by this! If I replace the anti theft module or the alarm module or both do I need to get the key programmed? Or please give me somewhere to start Its beginning to get colder here in Illinois and its truly a hassle to continue to disconnect and reconnect the battery cable to start the car. Still haven't found where I can get the Last Alarm Activation diagnostic from trying not to go to dealer cause here in Illinois the Jag dealers say they don't service that type of jag anymore so need your great advice as always thanks

Is your car a manual or automatic?

Automatic also I just noticed that when I connected the battery without the key in it fault light blinking then i disconnected the battery and connected it again with the key in the ignition and no fault light blinking but it looks like the ignition is stuck in the "2" position or "1" position i say that because i put the key in without turning it and my cluster lit up probably the 1 position because the radio didn't come on so that's where I am right now 😟

Careful with swapping parts in a car with a VID block.

Here is some info.
