Yes, if your engine in transvers (sideways) it is the one near the radiator (Bank one is where your cylinder number one is located and bank 2 is the other side). It is the one before the converter, you might have to remove the water bottle. Spray a lubricant (wd40), let it soak a couple of minutes, use a 7/8" wrench (preferably a oxygen sensor wrench 7/8). Disconnect the grey plug first, then try to tighten the sensor a little, then break it loose and should come out with ease. Simply install the new one and your car is ready!
