Hi I have 4 new codes one is p0156, p0037, p0430 which is telling me that the 1st 2 codes is probably why we have this code. And last code p1111 which is nothing what i read..... So are the 1st 2 codes an oxygen sensor??? what do I order what is it called. Thanks so much

Voltage, based on the codes, both of your down stream O2 sensors are having issues. For both of these to pop up at the same time would lead me to believe you have a wiring issue between the sensors and the ECM/ECU. So, I would start with crawling under the car and seeing where the wires run and see if you can spot any damage to the wiring where it may have come in contact with the exhaust system and is grounding out the sensors. If you do find damaged wiring are are not sure how to fix it, let me know. I know a few tricks.
As for the sensors, you are wanting part number 234-4798 made by Denso. That is the OEM part. But because you are getting it at your local auto parts store, it will be significantly cheaper and if you do some looking online, it will be fairly inexpensive. The sensors that you are inquiring about are called O2 sensors or oxygen sensors. The big thing that you need to keep in mind is that you have to talk about the upstream sensors or the downstream sensors. The upstream sensors (also known as air-to-fuel sensors and/or lambda sensors) are located between the engine and the cats (in the case of our cars, they are actually mounted in the side of the cat). The downstream O2 sensors are located downstream of the cat.

Thanks so much Coleman! So the two codes are the same part#? P0037, What I read, it says replace the other codes 1st and see if the code po156 goes away then. So I am going to try that. WHat I read on code p0037 it is the downstream. I am going to attach a picture. let me know if this is where it is the sensor.

Voltage, the pictures from the link show the upstream sensors. You will need to get the front end of the car up in the air. Once you get under the car, if you have to reach more than 6" into the car, you are reaching too far. Follow the exhaust pipes and you will see the sensors sticking out of the exhaust. Worst case, get under the car, find where the two pipes meet up. Now, follow the pipes back towards the engine. Pretty much, the only thing sticking out of the exhaust will be the O2 sensor you are after until you reach the cat (but then, you will be elbow deep into the engine bay).

Voltage, it is advisable to get a "oxygen sensor socket" as it has a slot in the side to allow you to run the wiring out to the side so you don't damage the wiring. Your local auto parts store should have a kit that he can rent (most do it for free, just have an initial deposit you put down on the kit, but you get this back when you return the kit). That will have everything he will need.

Voltage: Here are pictures of the special socket your husband will need to remove and install downstream oxygen sensors. As Thermo suggests, when you buy new sensors, ask the auto parts store if you can borrow an oxygen sensor socket, usually for free with a small deposit.
Here's another way to help your husband locate the downstream oxygen sensors...
The downstream sensors have a black electrical connector, the upstream sensors have a grey connector. The black connector and grey connector are located next to each other in two places:
+ Stand by the front bumper and look down on the front-side of the black battery box, i.e., the side of the battery box that's closest to you. On the metal bracket holding the battery, you should see a black and a grey electrical connector next to each other. These are for the catalytic converter on the radiator-side of the engine (aka Bank 2).
+ Stand by the driver-side wheel and look just to the left of the brake master cylinder (where you add brake fluid). You should see another pair of black and grey electrical connectors next to each other and attached to a small metal bracket. These are for the other catalytic converter on the firewall / passenger compartment side of the engine (aka Bank 1)
From beneath the car, your husband should be able to follow the wires from each of the black (not the grey) electrical connectors to the two downstream oxygen sensors on the two catalytic converters.

voltage: Here are some pictures to help your husband locate the electrical connectors for the oxygen sensors. Assuming your car has the same black & grey plugs, he can disconnect the black (downstream) plugs, then follow the wires to the downstream oxygen sensors located at the bottom / output of each catalytic converter.
Hopefully your engine compartment is cleaner than mine. I work at construction sites where dusty roads comes with the territory.

I found a blown fuse F42(Replaced)
I ordered a downstream sensor. for bank 2
I followed the black connector and it goes to the top sensor on the radiator side! Is this correct?
