Should I replace the engine mounts (is it maintenance worthy)?
Hello forum,
I'm having work done on the front axle and I'm thinking to maximize the mechanics' time in there. So should I replace the engine mounts with new rubber? I've replaced most of the other rubber suspension parts - which were, in fact, all shot - but my mechanic says the rubber is fine (which I find hard to believe).
I'm gonna keep the car for at least a few more years, what do you think?
Also, I'm aware of only two rubber mounts, is there more?
Thank you!
