For the Spark Plugs, the NGK Part Number is TR6AP-13E (4968) which supersedes PTR6D-13 (5598) is the UK recommended. I can find claims Motorcraft part number AGSF22FSM is equivalent but not a categoric listing proving it.

An oil of 5W-30 viscosity meeting Jaguar specification WSS-M2C-913 - A or B is preferred. Where this is not possible, oil meeting API SJ/EC and ACEA A1 98 or A3 98 may be used.

Castrol Magnatec 5W-30 meets ACEA A1 and is therefore suitable.

I've always just used 5w-30 Mobil 1 off the shelf, does that meet Jaguar's specifications?

It does.

Here's a link to the Mobil 1 Specification Sheet:

Mobil 1 5W-30

If you look under the Specifications and Approvals section, it lists ACEA A1 / B1, A5/B5
