Small hose for the EGR cooler?

Does anyone know what is the part number (and what is it for) for the small hose coming from the little elbow pipe (circled in red) coming off the EGR cooler C2S36763?

Isn't that part metal and an integrated part of the EGR cooler?

Yes, I meant what hose attaches to it? I would like to replace one on my car as it seems not to seal well now that I moved the cooler around.
