Default So I need a Clutch Master Cylinder...

Anyone know where I can find one for less than $250[:@]. Labour is only $84 so I'm not too mad about that. Anyway, any help is greatly appreciated.

Considering I had the clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, slave cylinder/release bearing and transfer case replaced, I wasn't expecting any more fuss from this car for a while. I guess 6 months is too long to go without a problem.

Default RE: So I need a Clutch Master Cylinder...

Car sits overnight, or for a prolonged period of time. I get in the car, and it wont shift into any gear. Clutch pedal won't fully return. I have to pull it back with my foot. I fumble with it for about 10-15 mins, and I get it in gear. After driving for about 30-45 mins, the car shifts fine. Car shifts fine into any gear with the car off.

Had the car looked at today, and they bled the clutch. Sure enough, the car is stuck in first gear and won't come out and the clutch pedal is on the floor.

I ruled out the slave cylinder because it was replaced when I got the clutch done last year. Flywheel, PP, Clutch, Slave Cylinder, Release Bearing were all replaced.

Should be back up and running by wednesday. Part doesn't get here until early next week so I'll keep you guys posted. The wife is kicking me in the *** telling me to get rid of it
