Wanting to change spark plugs , removed top cover for air filter , can't for the love of trying get the two screws out of the base , am I able to drill them out? I see they are for bracket for the induction pipes , wondering about reconnecting bracket afterwards , thanks.

Same process to replace plugs. Obviously, while apart you should replace the gaskets.

The screws fit into what is called and isolator. The nut for the screw is encased in a rubber mount. You may have to pry the whole isolator out of the bracket in order to remove them. They are available as replacements and just pusg into the metal bracket
You can try to get a drill bit large enough to remove the head of the screw and then remove the bracket and remove the isolators on the work bench. The bracket is held on with hex nuts.
