Devious, I would say to first stay away from the split/dual/quad electrode plugs. People here have used them and from what I have seen, no one has had a good experience with them. If there are, they are few and far between.
As for iridium vs platinum, I think this is more a personal preference. I am not sure what the heat index is for our cars.

Please wait to see what a few others say but if it were me, I would prefer these as they are a known brand, the part is crucial to the running of the car and three of them are not so easy to get to. A set is around 67 USD more than the ones you linked to
