Starter, flywheel, starter help

I have a 2003 jaguar X type I just put a new starter in it as it was acting like I was starting at after it aired already been started it's still doing the same thing I am clueless to see what it is that is wrong with it you think you can help me out on this and if your rates aren't so badd may be doing for me thank you also if u turn on all lights radio and whipers it starts right up.... help?

Sounds like the starter isn't the problem but most likely the starter relay.
Follow the link below and swap out relay R10 with any like relay and see if that solves the problem.

I think the battery may hold charge. If you charge it and it sits with no load it may be able to hold the charge. If it can't then it is bad for sure. But I was having trouble one time and I pulled the battery thinking it was bad and they load tested it and it was good. The problem was my altanator at that time. When the battery was bad it went downhill fast.

it look like the starter's solenoid isn't working, when you turn on the ignition the solenoid pulled the starter pinion in to engaged with the flywheel, since the solenoid is not working the starter just turned by itself, that's why it feel like run in air( actually it is turned in the air), or the fly wheel teeth were broken, in this case try to hand turn the engine then start the engine it should started
