[QUOTE=Larry-Cleveland;2622104]If I remember correctly there are different resistance values for the various operations between years. If you changed modules for the 3.0 this might be the problem.
We do have an old post about adapting the wheels between years. I need to do a wheel swap soon.[/QUOT
I didin't change any module, engine is working on 2.5liter ECU.
everything works very good.

Horn, audio controls and airbag are separate systems with the only common component being the steering wheel cassette (clock spring) which typically would knock out one system or other but not all three at the same time unless something was left unplugged in the steering column. But I am not sure whether you may have had that area apart during your engine change.
However, I'd be looking first at your grounding points seeing you have had the front end torn apart you might have not correctly assembled, damaged or omitted connecting an earth back there.
Specifically G8 which is the right side inner wheel arch as there a several ground wires tying back from ECM etc going there and the schematic indicates the audio control button array obtains its ground through the ECM earthing pathway.
The horn and restraints module get ground from the earthing points on the crossbar under dash, ground point G37 but check G36 as well on other side (could be dependent on LHD or RHD production).
