Strange idle
My 03 x-type has been running a little odd recently. Sometimes when the car in at an idle, either park or in gear with the AC on, the car at random times may have a split second of rough idle. Nothing major, but just enough where you can feel it. It might be happening when AC is off, but I can't tell. Other than that, the car has no issues and runs great.
Backstory. I have 119,000 miles in my car and about 3,000 miles ago I changed my upper lower intake gaskets, inner and outer cam cover gaskets, new spark plugs, cleaned the mass air sensor, IMT o-rings, PCV hose (which was completely cracked in half) brake booster vacuum hose. I gave the car a great overhaul.
So now my question is what is the issue? Misfire due to aging coils, fuel filter, Timing? I'm going to check and see if the new inner cam cover gaskets are sealing properly or if they are allowing oil to blow by onto the spark plugs.
