Transfer Case Rear Output Pinion Bearing
Hi Guys (and Gals),
I found a thread started by AlaskaJag (see thread here) that detailed the part numbers of the bearings within the transfer case.
I'd like to know if anyone knows which of those part numbers is specifically the rear output shaft bearing in the pinion assembly? I'm guessing it is the CR-0499 but I want to be sure before I search the ends of the internet for it. I emailed Seager but did not get a response.
The related seal on mine has a moderate leak, which allowed the transfer case to run dry and now I have a whine at highway speed that peaks with an oscillation at about 55MPH. I have already located the seal so that is not an issue.

email me at cbh123@gmail.com I have done this repair myself. Bearings were easy to get at industrial bearing supply store in a big city.
