The answer is: NO, not in the US- it was used in a cuple of European Fords as well as in other makes - but even so, there were detail differences between the installation in one make and another.

having just done a lot of reading about these boxes, the list of car which use this same jatco box is misleading, although they have the same jatco number, (jatco JF506E) they are not the same boxes between cars, like , you cannot
put a vw etc etc jatco on an x type.
you need an x type box, now im not an expert...lol so there may be another vehicle which coincidently uses the identical box with same gear ratios, but that would take a lot of homework...i see some sellers sell them with free shipping which surprised me as they were pretty cheap
