Unhappy Transmission lite, OBDII code P07478, Then WTF??

I have a 2001 3.0 AWD X-type (RHD). two days ago I go a Transmission light on and the car ran like the tranny was going out or more specific no torque. This happened about 130am as I was on my way home so I limp the car home. After I arrive I wanted to run a check with the ODII reader to see what code I had. I turned the ignition on and the light was no longer on. I connected the code reader and it confirmed no code existed. I test drove it and all seemed well. Then next day in the evening I was driving again and after accelerating the car hard shifted and the light reappeared. I drove home, re-connected the ODII reader and this time these code appeared. P1000(OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete) and P0748(pressure control Solenoid). I selected clear codes as I was going to test drive it again by to narrow when this problem appears e.g. acceleration, low speed, high speed, etc. Now come the WTF.
After the codes cleared. I disconnected the OBDII reader and tried to restart my car. All test light appeared as usual but when I turned to start, Nothing happens. Absolutely Nothing. No clicking, no starter engaging. Nothing. I talked to a Jaguar Service center and they said this is a separate issue from the Tranny. This is most likely one of 4 things: 1. Bad fuse(s), 2. Bad Brake relay or switch, 3. Worn key (Key is not engaging properly therefor not turning off security system, 4. Bad Transmission Control Unit.
Questions:
1. Should I disconnect the battery and drain all juice from CPU(applying brakes a few times) then reconnect Battery? Can this reset the CPU to default? This did nothing!
2. Where on the tranny is the pressure control Solenoid? Still can't find this thing!!
3. Did the OBDII reader cause the CPU fail? I talked to a Jaguar Service center, they said it is virtually impossible for a Generic code reader to cause any issues with the CPU...Whew! However, a Jaguar specific reader can. Mine is Generic.

More to follow as it develops...

Anynewinformation would be greatly appreciated. Thanx,
Nongeo
