Default Transmission and transfer case fluid

I need to know what fluids people used in the transmission and transfer case and had success. My x is an 03 and I'm the second owner and have put 20,000 on it bringing her to 90000 total. I'm going into college and cannot lose this car! Or have a huge repair expense. Thank you so much for the help.

Auto Transmission: Jaguar wants you to buy their $39/quart ATF fluid, but Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF meets all the specifications.

Transfer Case: Castrol or Royal Purple Synthetic 75W140 - 550 ml capacity

What should I put in a standard transmission?

Well, I never owned a manual tranny Jag, someone else is probably more qualified to answer that than me.

But that being said, I would guess that it takes gear lube similar to what goes into the transfer case.

I think I used stalube as well. Do a search and you should get some suggestions. I know I used stalube in the T.C. and either the rear dif or the manual tranny.
