Turn signals wont go off automatically anymore
I noticed when using my turn signals, they dont turn off automatically any more after i make a turn. I have to manually turn them off. Its really getting on my nerves because i keep forgetting to manually turn them off when i turn and they keep flashing until i notice them.
Any ideas?

EDOT, sounds like to me that the lever inside the turn signal switch has failed. There is a cam on the steering shaft that will flip this lever and cause it to return the turn signal stalk to the center position. So, sounding like to me a new turn signal stalk is in your near future. Replacing one is pretty easy. The hardest part will be getting the two halves of the steering column apart which is nothing more than 3 screws as I recall.

There is a switch and a "cancellation module" that worth together. I suggest you take it apart before ordering the wrong part. Maybe the dealer or a tech here has a better idea what part to get.
I am sure you need to remove the steering wheel/airbag to replace these things. Make sure you disconnect the battery, or risk getting an airbag fault.

EDOT, disconnecting the battery and then waiting a few minutes to let any residual charge clear would be a good idea. But, this is not truely necessary (but does make one feel a bit better and be not quite so nervous). The steering column will split into two pieces behind the steering wheel. From there, you can access the turn stalk. The big thing to keep in mind is to make sure that all the wires are tucked up and out of the way before putting the steering column back together.
