Hello, I am after a wooden steering wheel for my 2002 X-Type, does anyone know of a reliable source for purchasing one?

I have black leather interior so would like the steering wheel to match, so no cream wheel
I do not know the interior wood shade.
It must be in very good condition, if second hand.
I have looked for a new one but am unable to find one that is not cream.
I have recently contacted some American suppliers for a new one and am waiting to hear back from them but I'd much prefer to see if I can get one here given that shipping costs and import taxes will add to price considerably.

Any helpful info would be appreciated.

I bought mine from a breaker in the UK, cost was under $100 US, plus the shipping was about $30 US over and above. They do turn up pretty regularly on eBay both here and overseas.


You will have better luck finding a 2004.25 up wheel; radio controls work out of the box, but the crusie needs a small amount of surgery to make play properly. Keep in mind that if you get the newer wheel, you will also need to get an airbag for it; properly shipping the bag costs a bit.
