Spoke to the local dealer (Perth Scotland) who said:
Hi there, Thank you for your enquiry.
Part: £345.91
Labour: £156

Total: £501.91 inc vat.

The connectivity module is currently on back order with ETA at present early April.

If you have any other questions, Please do ask

Kind regards

At £500 I'd be better off replacing the whole thing and getting a new media centre/bluetooth/satnav setup.

Just ordered my iSimple IS32 (TranzIt USB) and Metra 40-EU10 (antenna adapter) from:

Car Audio Stereo - Car Subwoofers - Car Amplifiers and Speakers

Whole order (with FREE shipping) was less than $70.00. WAY cheaper than the Jaguar ACM.

I'll let you know how it turns out once I have it installed.

X Type audio connection module just been fitted. Part in UK is £420 including tax. Fitting was £208. Ipod 160Gb classic did not connect when plugged in. Had to reset Ipod to factory settings ( wipes all music on it!). It then connected ok. I wonder if problem may have been use of winamp to load music onto it. This may have prevented the loading of the Audio module software onto the Ipod when first connected.( If you use a usb stick with the audio module it loads two files onto the usb stick.) Resumed using winamp and ipod still connects OK. The ipod itself when connected has a Jaguar logo on the screen and information underneath on the track being played. The car radio displays the cd changer display with only playlist no and track no.
I prefer to use a usb stick with the music loaded into folders. The car touch screen allows switching between the folders and shows which track is being played. You can go forward or back track using the touch screen. The instructions say usb stick up to 4GB capacity can be used but mine is working with a 16GB usb stick.
The RCA connectors work ok playing output from the headphone socket of a Creative MP3 player
Very pleased with the sound output

I bought the ACM october last year. Called about 5 different places around the US. Even those that listed it on their website for sale would later call me to cancel the order because they didn't have it. I may have got mine from Terry's Jag for $400 something, but I'd have to look at my receipt to recall for sure.

It worked great after I installed it.... for about 4 months. Now I can't get the system to see the device at all. I reset the system and it magically started to work after the 4th try... for a day. So my opinion so far is, when it works its great, but for the most part its an overpriced pile of junk.

Try this. It's different software. Load it onto an empty USB stick and plug the stick onto the USB part of the ACM. It replaces the software for better software. It'll allow you to control the music from the iPod as well as the radio.
I installed it because of a post on here and I'm 100% delighted with the results.
