Whine
Back in December, there was a great post showing how to fix the Jaguar "whine" by greasing the drive shaft at the TC and Rear Diff. However, I have a plastic cap that covers the entry point to grease, has anyone else had to remove these? I do not want to remove and break then have more issues. Thanks.

RE: Whine
Bito:
are you referring to greasing the prop-shaft's center bearing? THAT is the one that circulates most frequently, and Dennis has created an awesome FAQ for it in the FAQ section.
I think that the general consensus though, is that this doesn't help much, if at all, as the whine stems from the rubber surrounding the bearing, rather than the bearing failing.
