Windshield sprayer malfunction

A very late "welcome" to the forum jdm2004 as I see you have been a member for more than 5 years.
I've moved your question from General Tech Help to X-Type forum. This is the place to post technical questions about your model.
It could be a fused/failed Washer Pump (item 7), disconnected tube from Reservoir (item 5) to Jets or blocked Jets (item 4):
Only the second issue in 5 years. Yours is a reliable X-Type!

I had a jet fail (it actually broke into pieces) . In replacing the jet(s) with generic ones, the plastic "check valves" crumbled on one in replacing. The X type apparently has in line one way check valves (pump to windshield) that hold fluid within the lines over the hot engine running along the bottom edge of the windshield. Thus the "heated windshield washers" they tout. Some of the line was deteriorating as well, so replaced the bad sections. I couldn't find an easily sourcable "check valve" so I moved the good one to the furthest point from the spray nozzles (thus holding the most fluid in the lines).
I also checked pump spaying with line off to flush and clear the line(s). There was plenty of pressure, so replaced parts and nozzles, then adjusted the now new "mist type" spray pattern. Over the next 3 weeks, they still failed on occasion and I had to remove the lines, flush out (by pressing washer button) several times. I guess there was crap inside the lines from the deterioration.
