wired mic for hands free
Hey Guys,
just bought a 2005 x-type estate, the previous owner installed a cheap and nasty after market car stereo, which i'm planning to replace with modern double din head unit with hands free. i have been looking around to see how i might go about installing the wired mic for the hands free element, but can't find much on how easy it is to remove the trim to put the mic in. anybody have any experience of this they they could share with me.
any help or advice is much appreciated.

Installing mic now
I'm just finishing up on installing new Kenwood 7" Touch Screen DVD, Navigation, Bluetooth, ect and I'm going to install the mic in the upper control panel where the mic is or would have been installed from the factory. I'll try and take some pics of how I'm doing it and when it's finished.
