Thanks Dell Gailey, But I asked how to take the bolt out of wiring harness ECU plug; The bolt that secure the plug to the ECU, it's striped and can not be used, it was put in the hole in center of the plug and was hold in place by a lock washer at the bottom of the hole, both side of the bolt were recess in the hole, can not pry or cut the lock washer. I want to "take it out" and replace with a new bolt. Any body have an idea?

Sorry, yes the hole at the bolt head with the tiny stud in the middle where you put the torque screw driver in to turn it, I striped the hole round, but I made a special tool to loosen it and pulled the plug out from the ECU; The problem is to remove the bolt out of the plug. But problem was solved: After hours of frustrating, finally I used a small drill bit to careful drill the lock washer that retain the bolt in its hole, after drilled two difference spots in the lock washer it's loosen and I just push the bolt out, now I replaced the torque bolt with a regular hex bolt. Thanks any way Dell. I don't know how to post the pics on the forum on computer, may be I try to post them on my cell phone.
