X-type 04 2.5 lt front coil springs, cant find it!
Hi, i cant find online a proper part to replace the front Coil Springs, im not that interested in finding the OEMS, i prefer a cheap repleacement, because i just instal brand new bilstein shocks.
Please Help me. The front bumper is 7 inches from the floor, and the wheel almost touch the wheel arch liner. The rear bumper is 10.5 inches. I think my coil springs are bad, because the car was used like 6 months with the front shocks broken.
One last thing, after the dealership replace the rear struts, there is a clonking, i tried sprying w40 severall times, or tighten everything down there but nothing work, any advices?

Sir, check out:

While it is all 4 springs, it will also give you the lowered stance like a sport model too. not a bad price. But, if you are looking to keep the car at the non-sport factory height, then I would check out Nalley Jag. they should be able to get you the spring for around $60 plus S&H for a brand new factory spring for the non-sport Jag. I found the spring for $60 plus S&H at http://www.jaguarparts.com.
As for your clonking sound, I would venture to guess you have a loose mount on the top mount of your rear shocks. This is a common problem for our cars. I know the rear shocks may be new, but if they don't get the parts just so, the bushing will move around and result in the noise you are hearing. It could also possibly be a broken sway bar support for the rear swaybar. Yours wouldn't be the first one I heard of breaking.
