X-Type 2.0D shutdowns while 1st gear and warm

Hello,
My car has been having some problems lately, when the engine is already hot, while throttling in the first gear (about 2000 rpm) or if I do a sudden acceleration on another gear, it just shutdowns. The things is, if the car isn't in any gear or if the car is cold, it runs without a problem. The 4 injectors and the high pressure diesel pump have already been changed. I've also contacted some mechanics already and they told me that the message given from their diagnostic machines was too much diesel pressure. I would deeply appreciate any help since nobody has been able to solve this problem.
Best regards.

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to X-Type forum. We don't have many members with diesel engine versions but those here that do should be able to help.
If the mechanics gave you the actual diagnostic codes rather than just a description, this could help troubleshooting.

If they have read the code correctly then it should be the IMV (Inlet metering valve), which is located on the back of the injection pump.
Also check the wiring to it as well.
The IMV costs approx. £50.
Thinking outside the box, if they have guessed their diagnosis of too high fuel pressure, the only other option would be faulty fuel pressure sensor on common rail, a rare fault, or possibly faulty wiring to it.
