I find this kind of strange on my gearshift
All numbers and letters are illuminated Except 3 and neutral Not sure why this happened Not sure if this is serious or not Yes the car is acting strange it will go into gear for that mode at times, Has anybody dealt with this type of issue If so please For me any troubleshooting ideas Thanks

 

Also they do light up when selected they Light up in red But not green When un selected
