X-Type heater blower stopped working
X type estate 08 sat nav. Climate control blower not working? The display shows but the blower doesn't work at all. I've checked fuses f37 and f39 all good but 0V at fuse f37. No power at fan connection.
have removed fan motor, connected to 12v and fan runs fine.
There's no hot or cold air at all from vents.
HELP???

It's that box mounted on the righthand side of the transmission tunnel, right by the steering column. Used one here for ID purposes!

Have tried a different rccm but no luck, went back to relay, bridged connection from relay to blower and blower works fine, there doesn't seem to be any power to the relay switch wire if that makes sense. I've tried to follow the lead back with the wiring diagrams through the rccm to the temperature sensor, any ideas anyone

The relay is a new one with a 12 v supply confirmed and the fan runs when the relay is jumped, so fuse F37 is good too (or did you byepass that?)
That relay should be operated directly from the RCCM that provides a 12v supply as required to the coil through a White wire.
When the fan should be running, check for 12v at the relay end of that wire and if none, check at the Pin on the RCCM (IP101-21. Look at Page 29 of the Electrical Diagrams to see where it is). If there is 12v at the relay end of the white wire, check that the ground terminal of the relay is actually so!
That should narrow the fault to either a broken/shorting wire/ground or a faulty RCCM.
As a longer shot it would be worth checking F45 10A in the glove box fuse panel but I think that's about as far as you can go -or should need to!
