You will need to replace the radio. A local recycling yard should have a new radio. Just, make sure to get a statement from the wrecking yard that you have bought the radio from a wrecked car as you may need to input a code and the only way to get the code is to go to Jaguar and they will need the VIN from the other car (not yours) and you will need to prove that you bought the radio legally.

Do you have the premium or standard sound system? The premium has Alpine speakers and an amp in the trunk. If you have the standard system then the radio will work independently of the D2B circuit (Fibre optic) in which case you have an unterminated connection on the circuit. This could be something that has been removed, a plug that has fallen out of a device that has failed for example the CD Changer. The Satnav won't show anything if the D2B circuit is broken.
