Default X-Type misfires when cold

Hi i have a 2.0 auto petrol x type with 67,000 miles and it has just started misfiring when cold. I have checked the 3 normal items that can cause this.
  1. IMT O-Rings
  2. PCV
  3. Brake Booster
They are all fine, the engine starts ok but on acceleration it jumps and coughs. When the car has warmed up it runs fine, i have just checked the error codes and i am getting

P1000
P0341
P0346

Can any one help please

Those are cam shaft sensor codes. Here is some info you can read:

http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/04-06-Tun...e/cip03400.pdf

The info above is not Jag specific but has some general info about the 2 codes. The P1000 is not a code to be concerned with.
