Merry belated Xmas to one n all, hope you guys all had as good a time as I did with family n friends. All the best for the New Year ( in plenty of time - lol )
Ancient - thanks for the kind remarks about the Salmon dish....lol
It is really tasty and so so easy to do, all done n dusted in around 30 mins incl cooking time. If I get time I will send you a pm, If I forget pleased feel free to give me a gentle nudge. I dont seem to be able to get on quite as much these days.
04 - too late I guess, but ancient gave really good advice. Use your commonn sense really and you'll be amazed at what she'll get you thru with ease!
Please post and let us know how you got on.....pics would be good too

Hi all,
Got back from my trip ok. Got a ticket for speeding on the way (no snow at the time and sunny conditions). Also got another one for the tints, think its time for them to come off for good. Thanks for all the advice about driving in snow, got out of it ok. Almost had a pretty bad experience. was going about id say not even 10mph and went to stop and the car kept going. slipped on ice. Luckily i turned away just in time missing the car in front by inches, and stopped in time missing the car next to me by inches. I have to admit, i was crapping my pants at the time. On my way back it snowed by Mamouth, cudnt see further then about a few meters in front of me (Got to use my rear fogs to help others behind me see me a little better). I got a few pics of the X on ice and snow, will post when i get a chance. The X is going for a service the day after new years, so hopefully nothing new comes up.
Hope you all have a Happy New Year

No i'll have to get some though! I have to admit though I hate awd for the fact that they aren't donuts they are more like driftonuts! I took my bro's sport trac and went around my parents drive way and you can control the donut so much better! Instead with awd the fronts kind of pull you sideways! Fun nonetheless though! I have pics on my phone and video...somewhere...I'll see what I can do!

Hehe, always fun to mess around in the snow! Yeah, we got a nice dose of snow here, as well. I believe we had 11" down here. Unfortunately, no time to snap pics.
I did however seem to get my DD Contour stuck in the subdivision entrance. Some wise guy in a Jeep decided to go around me since I was having a hell of time getting out. There was barely enough room to get by, but I guess he just HAD to go. (We have another entrance to the subdivision). He barely squeezed by, and next thing I know, he got stuck!!! That made my day. To see a newer Cherokee w/AWD spinning his tires next to my Contour on bald crappy Kelly-brand tires. Eventually he got out though. I just reversed and went to the other entrance.
Always fun to pop a drift on corners with the e-brake.![Big Grin](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
That's pretty nifty aquill, my bday is today!
My buddy just informed me that Taco bell gives free combo meals on your bday. I never knew this, but I'm going to be all over this one!
