Default X TYPE Problem???

Hey guys I hate one of my first posts to be about a problem but it is. I love this damn car but it has given me a few problems along the way. Here is the biggest so far.

I had the dreaded GearBox Fault show up yesterday but when I restarted the car a few hours later it was gone.

I managed to pull 5 codes and they are as follows P0442
P1643
P1603
P1000
P1603

I also had a problem with the battery light turning on. I thought I beat it. Unfortunately it has returned again today. I really think that it may be a th the root of my problem but not sure how to go about this.

Good luck, but make sure you post the right codes to better help you! You posted 1603 twice.
P1000-OBD II Monitor Testing Not Completed (so more codes could still come)
P0442-Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (small leak)
P1603-Immobilizer System Fault
P1643-???

Battery light on is a charging problem.

Alternator or the positive cable.

1643-CAN ECM/TCM network malfunction,
u have comunication fault between both modules.
check ur TCM(transmission module)module for water leak,
its on drivers side kick panel, black or grey box about 4x6.
Also, low voltage through out modules will cause bad readings,
make sure u have fully charge batt.
