Question X Type Trailing Arm Bushes

Hi, hoping someone can help? I unfortunately pressed out the old bushes on both rear trailing arms (that is the front larger bushes) but forgot to note exactly which way round the bush fitted? The new bushes have two spaces/holes in the rubber and I don't know if the spaces are positioned upper/lower or inline with the arm. If you can understand what I mean. That'll teach me for pressing them out before having the new ones in my hand?
I have an X Type workshop manual but it doesn't show the position either.
Can anyone help?

This is exactly what I needed. Now I can put the new ones in the correct way round. This has been really helpful! Many thanks
