I know theres lots of posts about this, and i've read them all (I think) but i'm still confused as flip and would be so grateful for some help

I've recently picked up a pristine jag x-type (2006) which has the sat nav stereo and cd / dvd in the boot, (please see photos) but i'd like to add the following units so i can use my phones whilst driving for music or phone calls.

But - i'm struggling to work out what cables I will need to connect these to the system and would be really grateful if anybody could help please?
