cant get any codes showing. but can see actuator not moving . turbo arm moves freely and smooth so the turbo isnt blocked. took the actuator apart and all looks clean and nice. can electrical parts in it fail?



in the diagnostic screen this is the code history. have no idea on these codes either. im just stupmed its not throwing out code error

 

I don't have a diesel model myself, but do recall seeing prior threads discussing actuator issues.
First you should check fuse F17 (10A) in the power distribution fuse box under the bonnet. That fuse is the supply fuse to the actuator assembly.
If it is open circuit, it may have fractured with age and be a simple fix, but if it has obviously blown then you may have a dead actuator or one that occasionally draws high current (failing actuator motor brushes perhaps).
I believe the actuator should initially move on start up - perhaps rotating around 75 degrees and then it may have only about 5-10 degrees of visible movement when engine revved.
If you are not getting any movement but have disconnected arm and confirmed turbo arm is very freely moving, then it is likely your actuator assembly has encountered a failure and probably needs replacing.
If the turbo arm is a bit stiff then you need to resolve that before subjecting a new actuator assembly to that strain.
