I was being sarcastic, lol.
But my doubles partner in tennis is from Senegal and he used to be afraid of getting his hands chopped off. He won't even go for free refills at like a hot dog stand or something, cuz it's like stealing to him.

I'm sure there are a few idiots that I wouldn't like, as I'm sure there are the same here.
Man that guy from Senegal has been taught well........he's obviously seen some sh*t for him to behave like that.

Who cares about the cost in other places...the fact is that before september 11th or say before 2000 the gas prices have tripled! The gas prices here in Michigan before I got my driver's license were around 1.20 a gallon...that is obsurd and it shouldn't be like that! Irregardless of what other places pay the cost here is crazy! I haven't seen my wages triple! My sister works at Mcdonald's as a manager and doesn't make 9 dollars an hour and she's worked their for 2-3 years! Other things have also gone up not just gas...

Which part is so popular the gas discussion? Thats because you hear that the price per barrel goes down and up and the cost of the gas has quite a lag on the actual cost of gas to us! Not to mention record profits for the gas companies for 2006 probably had nothing to do with everyones frustration!

True but, Brittan is smaller then Maine and the infrastructure is supported so that you dont need a car to go about your daily life. As compared to the States where you NEED a car to get around unless you live in the city or an area with great public transportation. So sorry gents i dont feel too bad for ya.

The key to lowering gas prices is to lower demand. Jim's right. Build public transportation and get some cars off the road. No one is intitled to drive their car. It's a priviledge, not a right. Perhaps we should learn to make our wants fit our means. Or, do we just expect everyone else to do that?

NO! He's from BUSTON, Massachusetts! Probably a blood sox fan too![:'(] JAJA! Seriously though, our public transportation in the US is horrible, with the exception of Buston, New York, Philly, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, and LA! Every other city is much too large for the public transport to actually be profitable in extending favorable service to the urban areas!
