35T AWD Dyno Baseline

I tested 0-60 using a Dragy late last year-- don't have any pictures of the best Tune + Pulley run as I never downloaded the app on my new phone. Did a few runs of each stage within a few days of each other. Results were as follows:
- Stock: 5.12 seconds (4.89 w/ 1ft rollout) | 68* F | DA 2790ft
- Tune Only : 4.55 seconds (4.33 w/ 1ft rollout) | 48* F | DA 536ft
- Tune + Pulley: 4.40 seconds (4.21 w/ 1ft rollout) | 52* F | DA 1162ft
The best Tune + Pulley run I had was ~ 4.3 seconds (4.1 w/ 1ft rollout). All were run on 35T AWD with stock Pirelli P7 tires on a less than ideal unprepped road, Dynamic Mode + Trac Off + Manual mode on "S", ~ 1/3 tank of gas.

Curious what your take is with the trans tune. I did this on my bimmer before and it was a night and day change...but this zf already shifts as good as my 335 zf with stg 3 xhp tune... No doubt because the jag is 9 years newer, but still in for your results.

During normal driving the car feels relatively the same, nothing about the tune makes the transmission jerky. It definitely downshifts quicker. If you floor it and hit the kick switch it'll hit the ideal gear much quicker than before, even from the overdrive gears (7/8). What really makes it worthwhile to me is how it now matches the redline set by the ECU tune.
Before, the car in D/S would shift ~6700rpm, but I manual mode I could push 7K. When trying to get solid runs I would occasionally bounce off the limiter. Post-TCU tune, the car will shift in D/S at 7K, and in manual mode I can squeeze a few hundred RPM above that.
I have yet to measure 1/4 mile on the Dragy, but for 0-60 it has made the runs more consistent.

I'm obviously biased LOL! But I'm also a little Jaded TBH. Because of what we do I've driven all sorts of cars with all sorts of MODs. Chris was out testing the FType (same trans) at the airport and I drove it back to the shop. Wasn't even thinking about the mods, and it stood out to me enough that I was like "This thing is shifting way snappier.... oh yeah.... duh... we put the transmission tune on it!"

Overall I'm happy with the TCU tune-- had some hiccups during the flashing process but got it figured with help from the VAP team.
