oh baby! tune and pulley purchased last week. going to do them in stages, but i cant' wait. any recommendations on a shop to install the pulley in south florida?

I am about to start VAP's ECU tune process on my 2018 XES. I have the Mina Gallery intake and VAP "Touring" exhaust. What is the current thinking on adding the "Pops and Bangs"? Does it damage the cats? Is it recommended to re-flash to stock before "complimentary scheduled maintenance"? How hard is it to switch back and forth?
