Our hands are tied at the moment with our tool companies, None of them talk "efficiently" with the some 2017+ models, which is the only 25t's I have access to and falls in this category. Earlier than 2017 we didn't have this version available in Canada, which makes it hard to design something perfect and safe. There's not much difference in the software of the PCM itself for pre and post 2017, just how the communication is with the tools. Once we get this tool communication issue resolved, we'll be able to speed-line the 25t and 20D software development.
My apologies for the delays

My 25T is MY17 and will be looking forward to the complete product.

Start Stop Disable
Anyone that is interested - there is no secondary battery on the XE for a disconnect
Easiest fix to disable stop / start is to disconnect the large grey connector with one large black wire coming from it ( just above and to the right of the fuse box on the right side of the trunk. Access is thru the fuse box cover but it is helpful to pull the trunk light ( same side) so you can look down and see where to grab and release the plug. Just tie it up and you are all done.
No more Stop / Start function on your XE.

I did it
Illuminate trunk near fuse box (I parked my car with the trunk facing the sun)
open the fuse panel and look through the space between the trunk door hinge and the trunk side panel down into the fuse area (you should now see the plug)
The tool a thin standard flat blade screw driver
The locatoion, up in here.
The plug, after it's out looks like this.Put screw driver blade where arrow is with one hand and pull plug with other.
Bam, NO more start/ stop

Nice bypass.
I'll be interested to see if the BCM/GWM (Body Control Module/Gate Way Module) sets any DTC's (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) with the plug disconnected.
I'm guessing disconnecting that plug inhibits the shutdown signal to the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) , and is probably where the tow package module is plugged into, if the vehicle is so equipped.
But I could be wrong and I often am.
Just ask my wife.....

On my XE cat, I did the "no need to turn ECO off" anymore process yesterday and it works well. I would add to the process: a small light and a mirror. The mirror helps you see inside where you need to press the connection with a small tip flat head screwdriver.
Best regards
