How many XE's have you seen on the road?

I saw one on a Jaguar club trip to Quebec City in June, supposedly was one of the very first ones sold. Not sure if I've seen one since because they look so similar to the XF that I'm not sure my eye has "captured" its look yet.

Don't get use to it. It's quite rare for a Jag owner to wave to another unfortunately. Alfa and Lotus were to two marques I would get consistent waves from other owners; not Jaguar and I have spent the most time in Jag over the other two.

Not much 'comradership' around here in L.A.
15 years ago I got waves and comments on my Series III VDP (one guy pulled up next to me at a red light, rolled down his window and said, "love your car!")
Today, not so much. Only got a nasty semi-racist comment at a gas station from a panhandler when I turned him away. Lol

Now here's a thing. I stopped at a small supermarket near me and when I came out there was a white and very new Jaguar saloon next to my car, the wife's New Beetle. Before I could get in and driver off, (it was dark), the owner came along and I said "nice car, is that an XE" only to be told is was an XF ! So I do have real problems when I see a new Jaguar saloon working out whether it is a XE or an XF, unless I see the model letters at the back.
IMHO, Jaguar has got too much like BMW and its corporate style. There is no real reason for them all to look alike as much as they do. Mercedes seems better at this at the moment, not that I'm going to rush out and buy one.
