If you have problems with the phone connectivity or the navigation, you may need to go to the dealer to have your software updated.
Also, my dealer suggested that I plug my iPhone charger into the cigarette lighter rather than the dedicated usb ports; my bluetooth works much better now.
Beware potholes; the tires and rims on the car require replacement if you hit a pothole at speed. Bubbles develop all too frequently... there just isn't enough rubber between the rim and the road.
Otherwise, it's a great car.

Get a tire/rim insurance policy if you can. My policy payout's were over double the policy cost. Both the tires and wheels were super fragile on the XE. Updated the XE's software takes the dealer many hours for some reason and it seems like it needs updating more than I thought.

Ah, where to begin. Congrats on the car -- I love mine.
My big ticket gotchas:
1. Don't use an ODBII reader on your own or you could end up with the check battery message that's all over the Jag forums (not just XE). I still can't get rid of the message in my car despite all the advice in the forums on how to reset.
2. Bluetooth connectivity with Pixel (android in general) phones... Was broke for a while, then a user posted a workaround with a Bluetooth phone book app that worked for a long time, but now the new Android 11 debut a few weeks ago has broke it again. I'm seriously considering moving to an Apple product just to be able to have spotify back in my car.
Other than those, my headaches were *mostly* self-induced with all the mods/upgrades I've done. If you are going the mod route, I would suggest avoiding the resonator delete and don't use the pops/crackles version of the AP tune. (I suspect this & drag racing at a local track contributed towards melting my cats.)

I just wouldn't use the pops version for more than showing off on occasion as the pops/crackles may have contributed to the melting of my catalytic converters... But it's hard to say... I also drag raced the car with pops on shortly before it happened. If you look into what it does to make those noises... Causation? Correlation? Also, it wasn't cheap to fix as jaguar rejected my car immediately for warranty on the cats when they discovered the tune.
