Loud fan noise after shutdown
I have been noticing a very loud noise that sounds like a fan coming from the center console after I shut down the car. And on warm days getting into the car as well. You cannot hear it from the outside but from behind the center console. Anyone have any knowledge or input about this. Thanks in advance!

I could be way off here because the only XE's I've driven have been dealer loaners.
My XK and several other Jaguar models have an "In Car Aspirator" as part of the temperature control system. It's a small electric fan which draws cabin air across a sensor to help maintain the selected temperarture. These run on after the engine is switched off and can be noisy in an otherwise silent vehicle.
Here's the drawing from the Parts Catalogue for the XE (see item 3) but it's too small a scale to tell if it's similar to my XK:
