I have a 2017 XE prestige 2.5t. It has the base intouch base model not the pro. I wanted to update the maps in the system and found my way to a site where I downloaded and installed the map updater. When I run it is shows that it went in service in 2016 but that there are no maps for me to get. I looked at the files and their has not been a new file date since 2016. My card shows it to be North America fk72 10e898 BC region 2.
Has anyone posted the new files some where? I can not even get an answer from the local dealer about version or release dates.
Thank you

After reaching out to Jaguar USA, I needed them to transfer the ownership of the car to me for the last owner. After doing that I got a complimentary license for the incontrol remote app till 2027. But the navigation is not handled by Jaguar at all. I had already downloaded the incontrol map updater. But I still needed Jaguar to allow the map vendor to let me buy for $120 an update. After updating the info in the map updater I was able to pay the fee and get updated maps.
After all that time and expense my neighborhood now shows up up but not my street, And some streets names are wrong I don't have a date from when these are but I went fro 2016 to something more current.

Yeah the incontrol maps are hopelessly out of date here too. I dont bother with them, if you use google maps or waze while running music from bluetooth (eg spotify) you at least get voice instructions from current maps, and you can put the nav up to get an idea of where you are. That said, it is a little disconcerting when the maps show you driving under a river.
