Default 2016 XF R Sport AWD Aftermarket Brakes

Hi
I'm going to need brake work done soon on my 2016 XF R Sport AWD.
Mainly rural highway miles and in city driving.
To save some serious money, I am considering aftermarket brakes.
Any recs on readily available (Autozone / Amazon / Advance Auto, etc) pads and kits?
vs OEM?

Curious how many miles you have on your car. After almost 20K miles I've only experienced about 10% wear. And almost no "brake dust" to speak of. No noise. No wobble. Are the rotors worn? What's the front and rear pad thickness at what miles now? After seeing my wear I would tend to use Jaguar parts again if I keep it long enough.

Still good at 32k,The dealer said I would need them by the time of the next service.
I just want to be prepared in advance and see if going aftermarket / independent is an option.
With my job, I am putting 130 miles on it daily (long commute!)

An old adage is "trust but verify". New your front pads were 1/2" thick and your rears were 13/32" thick. What are yours now? I bet you'll get 75K miles out of your pads.

With that long a daily commute I bet your pads are worn less than mine. Most of my mileage is around town. No discernible wear on the rotors nor glazing as well. IMHO our car is over braked which lends to smoother stops, no fading, and shorter stops. This car handles and brakes better than any of the Benz's I've owned.
